LaMarco v. Suffolk Major Win Update

On 01/31/2025, The United States Eastern District court has issued a ruling in support of the second amendment.

No longer can someone living in Suffolk County with a firearm license be denied, suspended or revoked due to a cohabitant’s mental health issues, or due to failing to report a cohabitant’s mental health issues to the SCPD licensing bureau.
