REFUND POLICY/GUARANTEE

Last updated March 6th, 2024

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund for services not yet provided pursuant to the policy below, for either a refund or store credit.

RETURNS:

All payments are final unless classes are canceled by Foundation For A Safer NY.

Students must provide at least 48 (Forty-Eight) hours notice if a student is unable to join a class. This will make the course payment eligible to be used for a future class date, or other training.

You may use the contact us portal available here.

Refund & Exchange Eligibility

Customers are required to remain responsive throughout the resolution process for any refund or exchange requests. If a customer fails to respond to our communications (emails, phone calls, or other methods of contact) for a period of two (2) consecutive months, the request will be considered abandoned, and the case will be closed.

Due to the fact that our team is required to create files, process applications, or organize classes as part of our services, we cannot provide refunds, exchanges or future credits after this period of non-responsiveness. The resources and time allocated to your request prevent us from issuing any compensation once the work has been initiated.

EXCEPTIONS:

If Foundation For A Safer NY has to cancel a class for any reason, we will inform the participants as soon as possible, and offer to either refund their payment in full or reschedule for another date.

If you currently are engaged in a training session, and are unable to make a second day, or need to leave early. At the discretion of the instructor, we may allow you to make up the training session at the next available group session. Alternatively, for a private session, we may reschedule for a day that works for the instructor.

We at Foundation For A Safer NY strive to provide a safe and respectful learning environment for all participants in our firearms instructional courses.

We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the course if they engage in behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Examples of such behavior include but are not limited to:

  • Disregarding safety protocols.

  • Harassment or intimidation of instructors or fellow participants.

  • Engaging in any form of discriminatory or offensive language or actions.

Participants asked to leave due to inappropriate behavior will not be eligible for a refund.

PLEASE NOTE:

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

A 10% service fee will be charged for all returns.
